How to Request Your Preferred Room

  1. Select your stay dates at the top (Arrival & Departure).
  2. Explore the map to view available rooms.
  3. Hover over the price indicators to preview room details.
  4. Click “Access” to view detailed room info and the “Request This Room” button.
  5. Click “Request This Room” to open the request form.
  6. Complete the form with your reservation details and submit it.
  7. Check your inbox for confirmation that we’ve received your request.

Pricing Information: Prices shown reflect the average nightly Preferred Room Number Fee based on your selected dates. For a detailed breakdown, please check the detailed room info section (step 4 above), which includes a detailed price breakdown table.

Important Note: Requests confirmed within 48 hours of arrival cannot be canceled or modified. Charges will apply upon check-in, subject to the conditions outlined in our availability confirmation email.
